“Life is so unfair, why can’t it be easier?”
“I hate my job.”
“Why did he or she say that to me?”
“I can’t stand this place, it smells bad.”
“Why do bad things always seem to happen to me?”
The list goes on and on and on. Before long, you find yourself in a constant state of “victim mode.”

You might not realize it, but your everyday language has a major impact on your life. And while it’s easy to react negatively to life events, pretty soon complaining becomes a habit.
Focusing on the negative becomes a habit. And guess what? This habit becomes one of the most detrimental habits you can possibly have. It can negatively impact you socially, affect your personal happiness, and it can also subconsciously sabotage your money and success.
Has being negative ever worked to your benefit?
I highly doubt it has. Why? Because blaming, complaining and justifying your negative situation only attracts more of the same and doesn’t help you one bit.

How It Works
The 7-Day No Complaining Challenge begins on July 11th and ends on July 18th. You can register here.
Use the Focus we specifically created for you throughout the day to help you to shift away from the victim mindset to the rich and empowered mindset.
You’ll also be saying the Declarations we’ve chosen for you out loud three times a day to deeply ingrain these beliefs into your body and mind.
How Do I Remember To Say The Declaration Three Times A Day?! I’m really busy!
- The Declaration only takes 10 seconds to say, so it’ll only take up to 30 seconds of your day.
- Use your phone to set an alarm/reminder so you don’t forget.
- Write it on a post-it and stick it somewhere you’ll see as a reminder.
- Make the commitment to say the Declaration three times out loud every day!
